1. Lever block is a kind of highly efficient and versatile hand operate hoisting appliance. It is particularly used in the narrow places, the open air and overhead places for pulling and stretching work at any angle.
2. The lever block is using in safety, reliable and durable.
3. The lever block is excellent performance, easy operation and convenience maintenance.
4. The lever block is small volume, weight light and portable in size.
5. The lever block is high efficiency, fast lifting and light hand pull.
6. There are advanced structure and attractive appearance of lever chain block.
Yes. Its compact body and lever operation make it suitable for machinery maintenance, equipment installation, workshops, construction sites, and other areas where there is limited room to operate a hand chain. Before selection, check the closed headroom, handle-swing clearance, hook access, and space required for the load chain to move freely.
The listed VT range covers capacities from 0.75 ton to 9 tons. Larger-capacity models use additional chain falls and have greater body weight and closed headroom. Select capacity according to the maximum load and make sure the anchor, connecting hardware, and supporting structure have suitable ratings. Never use additional leverage or handle extensions to move an overloaded unit.
A longer load chain may be supplied when additional lifting or pulling travel is required. Provide the exact travel distance and operating orientation when requesting a quotation. Longer chains add weight and require more storage and clearance. Any replacement or extension chain must match the original chain size, material grade, pitch, and mechanical requirements of the hoist.
The VT lever block can be useful for angled pulling, tensioning, and positioning tasks, provided the rigging arrangement does not create damaging side forces on the hooks or housing. The hooks should seat correctly in the attachment points, and the chain should follow the intended load path without twisting. Operators should remain outside the potential line of load movement.
Stop using the lever block and check whether the load exceeds capacity, the chain is twisted or jammed, the hooks are side-loaded, or the hoist is misaligned with the load. Also inspect for corrosion, contamination, insufficient lubrication, and brake or gear damage. Do not extend the handle with a pipe, because the increased force can overload internal components.
